  I want to commend the assistant manager, Julaine Rinker on her efforts to provide the highest level of customer service. My wife ordered a pair of shorts from the Nashville TN store and the only pair available in my size were at this store. The shorts arrived in 2 days with a nice handwritten thank you note from Julaine. Keep in mind, we only ordered one pair of shorts and have never met or spoken to Julaine. If she provides this level of service to customers she's never met, I can't imagine what a pleasure it is to shop in her store in person. Thanks so much Julaine! Keep up the great work! If my wife and I ever make it out to Hawaii, we will be sure to come by to see you.
